About Vervain Verified
The Independent Standard for Microcredential Quality
Vervain Verified is the trusted third-party certification body ensuring that microcredentials deliver on their promise — to learners, employers, and institutions alike.
Our Mission
Bringing Credibility to the Credential Economy
The microcredential market is growing rapidly — but without independent oversight, quality is inconsistent and trust is fragile. Employers struggle to evaluate short-form credentials. Learners invest time and money without knowing if their credential will be recognized. Institutions issue badges without a clear benchmark for rigor.
Vervain Verified exists to solve those problems. We provide independent, expert-led certification that verifies a microcredential meets a rigorous, transparent standard across seven quality pillars — from learning outcomes and instructional design to accessibility, assessment validity, and workforce alignment.
When a credential carries the Vervain Verified seal, every stakeholder can trust it.
